Here is how buying a voucher from Sheno works:

We feature daily deals, which are available for purchase during a limited period of time specified on the deal page. Our deals are subject to a limit of vouchers sold and can therefore sell out or close early on special occasions.

All of our vouchers are subject to restrictions on how and when to use them, such as an expiration date, which are clearly displayed in the Terms & Conditions section of the deal page. It is important for you to read that Terms & Conditions in order for you to check that you are okay with all the terms of the deal.

When you’re ready to buy, click the ‘Buy Now! ‘ button. We will ask you to log in or create an account and enter your credit or debit card information.

Once you finalise your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and your voucher will be available in your sheno.com account.

The instructions on how to use your voucher will be printed directly on the voucher itself.

We do not share our customers’ information with anyone, except in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed here. Other than to companies in the SHENO Group, we do not sell or rent your information to anyone else for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Your payment details, unless you request otherwise, are saved in a secure payment system so that you can apply them to future purchases.
